The bill
(Reg. No.6503), submitted by
the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, unifies the normative
and legal provisions to regulate the margins of court expenses in civil and
administrative proceedings, and determine the means of their
regulation.
The bill amends clause 84 of the Code of Civil Proceedings of Ukraine and clause 90 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings, whereby the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall fix the margin of compensation of the expenses for legal assistance.
The Committee members stated that the Law should mention the cases when the legal assistance is provided, whereas the rate of the legal assistance should be fixed by the subordinate legislation. The People´s Deputies are convinced that it will facilitate implementation of this law.
